ENUGU AIR TAKES OFF: STATE-OWNED AIRLINE OFFICIALLY LAUNCHES, PROMISES TO TRANSFORM REGIONAL TRAVEL By Faithful Clifford | Monday, July 7, 2025     Enugu Airplane Enugu State marked a major milestone in Nigeria’s aviation sector today as Enugu Air, the state-owned airline, officially commenced domestic flight operations at Akanu Ibiam International Airport.  The launch event, attended by Nigeria’s Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, and other dignitaries, signals the government’s ambition to position Enugu as a leading aviation hub.
